We invite you to participate in the Vytautas Magnus University employee ideas and innovation competition!
Last year, a competition for innovative teaching methods was organized for the first time, and the most innovative and active lecturers were evaluated. This year, we are expanding the competition to include all employees, because the culture of quality is developed by the entire university community and everyone's contribution is very important.
The daily activities of each employee, the value of which contributes to the implementation of the University's strategic goals, and your ideas and innovations drive our University forward.
Noticing, evaluating, and encouraging the efforts of each employee is essential for the successful development of an organization when developing a culture of quality. We invite all employees to be active and ask department heads to help notice and encourage employees to share their ideas.
