I MODULE – Artificial Intelligence
Artificial intelligence is the technology of the future. Understanding this technology can help you adapt and engage in the rapidly evolving technology market. IoT will change our workplaces and habits, increase our understanding of ethics and safety, facilitate complex decision-making processes and stimulate creativity.
II MODULE – Cyber security
Cybersecurity addresses personal security, business security, national security and professional opportunities. We are increasingly dependent on the internet and digital technology in all areas of our lives, which makes learning about cyber security an indispensable part of our security and effective living.
III MODULE – Digitalisation of processes
The digitisation of processes is important for several reasons: efficiency, where processes are optimised and automated; accuracy, to avoid errors; data analysis, to facilitate the processing of big data; and process monitoring, to open up new opportunities for business by enabling continuous data collection and business transformation.
IV MODULE – Digital solutions in marketing
Digital marketing and its understanding is linked to growing market needs, the increasing number and effectiveness of digital channels, targeted advertising opportunities and real-time analytics. It is a rapidly evolving field where there is always something to learn and new opportunities to exploit.
V MODULE – Digital solutions in agriculture
Digitalisation in agriculture opens up new opportunities to use resources more efficiently, make the best decisions and adapt to changing market conditions. This helps to ensure sustainable farming and improve performance.
The consortium implementing the initiative "EDIH4IAE.LT" (or "Digital Transformation of Industry, Agriculture and Energy Sectors in Lithuania") was established by the Confederation of Lithuanian Industrialists, Vytautas Magnus University, Lithuanian Innovation Centre, agri-food technology company ART21, digital innovation centre AgriFood Lithuania, Science and Technology Park of the Institute of Physics, the Lithuanian Energy Institute and Smart Energy DIH.
"EDIH4IAE.LT will enable agri-food, energy and industrial companies and public authorities in the Western and Central Lithuania region to integrate environmental, digital and societal solutions into their core business models. "EDIH4IAE.LT is best placed to support the ambitions of the Digital Europe Programme 2021-2027, which aims to ensure that Europe embraces the digital transformation of its economy and society and delivers its benefits to businesses and citizens.
The aim is to drive the digital transformation of the industrial, food and energy sectors, prioritising businesses and public entities in the West-Central Lithuania region and the deployment of key digital technologies (high-performance computing, artificial intelligence and cyber security).
