Learning structure
Short description. This course will help participants to avoid common English language problems when writing the modern natural sciences research article. For this purpose, topics will include: principles of effective science article writing, scientific jargon and complexity, writing reproducible research, table and figure content, creating a readable abstract, and writing to promote your research. The course will use case study materials, but time will be provided for class participants to present their own writing samples for in-class critique.
