Short description.
The training is designed to familiarize researchers with the concepts of gender+, diversity and intersectionality, to present EU context and requirements for Horizon Europe projects. The principles of gender and diversity mainstreaming in research will be presented Based on evidence-based arguments, presentation of case studies from various higher education institutions.
We will rely on recent research examples and discuss how include gender equality dimension and intersectionality as necessary aspects to achieve high-quality research and social impact. Participants will learn about the requirements of the Gender+ perspective in the context of Horizon Europe and how to implement them appropriately in project proposals. Through the analysis of examples and practical tasks, the participants may enhance their ability to identify where and how gender and diversity aspects may be relevant in different research areas.

Evidence-based arguments of integrating gender equality into research.
Practical tools and methods for the gender+ dimension in research.
